select markets. Availability and pricing will automatically appear in
our reservations system if Business Class is available on the specific
flight you are considering.
Day of flight upgrades
Look for opportunities to upgrade to Business Class service on select
flights. We will have a sign posted if upgrades are available on your
particular flight.

Refunds:

ATA offers you the following options for obtaining a refund for unused tickets.
Fully Refundable Tickets
-If you have unused electronic tickets purchased through ATA or ata.com, please complete our Customer Inquiry Form and follow the instructions on the form.
-If you purchased travel on ATA through a travel agent (including online
agencies such as Travelocity, Expedia, etc.) please contact the travel
agent regarding the refund of your unused ticket(s).
-If you have a refundable paper ticket, you must forward both the ticket and application to ATA for a refund.
-Fully Refundable Ticket refunds will be made to the credit card used to
purchase the original ticket(s). If the original purchase was made by
cash or check, the refund will be issued in the form of a check.
Non-Refundable Tickets
-For requests due to illness or a death in the immediate family, please complete the ATA Mail-In Refund Application (requires Adobe® Acrobat® Reader).
Medical documentation showing changes were made to your reservation due
to an illness, a copy of the original death certificate, or an obituary
should be mailed with your application. Failure to provide
documentation could delay your request for a refund or a waiver of fees
to change a ticket.
-If you purchased travel on ATA through a travel agent (including online
agencies such as Travelocity, Expedia, etc.) please contact the travel
agent regarding the refund of your unused ticket(s).
