LVH Established Mouth Watering Burgers At The Burger Bistro

By Pete Allman

Burger Bistro - Pete AllmanBurger Bistro - The Black Angus BurgerLVH Hotel and Casino, formerly The Las Vegas Hilton has a new burger restaurant called The Burger Bistro. My ,my, here's a bistro that presents all kinds of burgers from a Lamb burger, a Tuna Burger, Crab Burger, Turkey Burger and Vegetarian Burger. The Black Angus Burger is prime and only cost a mere $10.00. All burgers come with crisp Iceberg lettuce, Bermuda onion, vine ripened tomato and a dill pickle. Complimentary sides include, Bistro sauce, Ketchup, Mayannaise, Relish, BBQSauce, Hot Mustard, Teriyaki, and Hot sauce. For an additional $2 to $5 there's Cheese toppings of Sharp Cheddar, White American, Blue, Feta, Pepper Jack and Swiss. The meat toppings are Applewood Smoked Bacon, Homemade Chilli, and Prosciutto. Vegetable toppings include Avocado, Caramelized Onions, Fried Onion Rings, Jalapeños, Grilled Red Pepper and Sautéed Portobello Mushrooms. The Gourmet Toppings available are, Foie Gras Terrine with Sweet Apples, Baked Brie with Double Smoked Bacon, Fried Egg and Virginia Ham.

On this special occasion my quest were Tea Bahan and Dave Meisel from Victoria, Canada.

Burger Bistro - Tea Bahan, Pete Allman & Dave MeiselBurger Bistro - The Yellow Tail Tuna BurgerTea ordered the Black Angus Burger which comes with lettuce and tomato on the side with either a whole wheat bun or a Briache bun. Tea ordered a side of Sharp Cheddar and Dave ordered the Yellow tail tuna, which came with Chinese five spice, Wasabi Mayonnaise, pickled ginger and sweet chilli cucumbers, that added that sumptuous touch for an excellent Tuna Burger. I, who enjoy tasting everything ordered the home-made Chile and two Berger's, the Yellow tail tuna, and the Lamb burger. Wow, these Berger's are an excellent choice and are the most reasonable when you consider the price. By the way, the Lamb Burger is a half pound of ground Australian lamb cooked medium with fresh mint. You may want to try the Idaho French fries with your burgers. They are made to order thin cut or thick cut, with Parmesan garlic or natural truffle.

Now all you have to do is order one of their many imported beers such as the original Pilsner from Check Republic.

If you're like my guest, you want the best and Burger Bistro has it. Tea Bahan a successful Interior Decorator and her husband Dave Meisel, the owner of Accolades Painting Company, who is an artist himself state, "I couldn't have made a better selection on the quality of these burgers." Celebrity Scene News awards 4 stars to Bistro Burger for quality an excellent service. Reservations aren't needed. Tell them Pete sent ya!
